The first time I heard about 15 Perry Street was when a friend of mine posted a picture on Instagram about this new co-working place he was using with a great setting and free coffee…Shortly after I was recruited to work for the Rocket company that has its offices here so I was really excited to discover the space!
I wanted to be part of a team and loved the idea of co-working. I love the idea of being surrounded with other people that don’t work for the Rocket Company.
It’s great being able to move from your office to an open co-working area, meet new friends, be able to make new connections in the community, and not just live in your typical bubble office world but interact with people that are coming in even just for the day, changes things up!
Fun, Productive, Modern
I heard about it at the cocktail & connections event the Chamber of Commerce held in February.
Atlanta is a long commute and it’s a real hassle to drive all the way there and back. Going to 15 Perry Street takes less than 10 minutes for me as opposed to a 2-hour commute to Atlanta
There’s something going on every week here, food events, networking, massages. It’s a very active community that is one of Newnan’s best kept secrets!
15 Perry Street has a great environment that makes me want to get out of my home and not just come here and work, but talk to people and create connections. My business is done remotely anyway and since it’s just me that is working in this area with my company, it’s very useful for me to have a place to work quietly and uninterrupted. It’s the ideal environment to get work done.
It’s something that you should check out and join!
15 Perry Street gives you an escape from boring and dingy offices. It is full of several amenities!
It also has a great (and safe) location in downtown Newnan, where you can go by many shops or restaurants.
Open, Active, Efficient
I searched coworking south Atlanta on Google and 15 Perry Street was one of the first to pop-out. Since I live in Newnan, 15 Perry Street was perfect for me!
The main reason was the location and the drop in cost from the college-park office I was renting before. Overall 15 Perry Street was pretty much better in all ways than the place I used to rent.
John was very helpful in setting me up, the process was very simple and I could get to working in my office very quickly. If you are looking for a great professional environment, 15 Perry Street is the place!
Local, Innovative, Community
I used to go to church in this space, and I came here in February to meet with a potential client that had a membership here. When I saw the renovations that were done on the building, I was super excited about discovering more. The day after, I talked with John and subscribed for a membership!
I think 15 Perry Street really aligns with my style (filmmaking, photography) because it seamlessly integrates values that I try myself to integrate in my videos: professionalism with an unmistakable style.
The experience has really changed the way my business runs: I was always trying to meet clients over the phone because I didn’t want to have to meet them at Starbucks or at home. Working at 15 Perry Street has allowed me to have the meeting place I needed but also gave my business a whole lot more legitimacy.
Sleek, Professional, Engaging.
My good friend, Daniel Lichty, and business associate in another venture we have together, heard my existing Real Estate company was renovating our offices and suggested I try 15 Perry for temporary space.
After agreeing to rent a private office for 6 months, I decided I did not want to vacate and just decided to start my own Real Estate company and I am happy to still be here.
Well, I love my private office but the most surprising thing to me has been the exposure my business has had from locating here and being downtown within walking distance of so many cool places. Also, I really like the symbiotic relationships with the other diversified tenants in the complex. The staff/owner is a great guy and having all the amenities readily available is awesome. It truly has been more than I expected.
Cool work environment. Another three words would be: Would highly recommend.
I drive by here daily when I drop my kids at school, but I also saw a very nicely produced video for 15 Perry Street that was posted on the Mainstreet Newnan Facebook Page.
My children are in school just down the street so it’s a great opportunity for me to accomplish my work without having to drive home. It’s close and provides a valuable professional environment where I can work quietly and have the opportunity to converse with many professionals.
The space is very inviting and it’s very easy for newcomers to acclimate to the environment. John is a very hospitable person that will help you feel comfortable very quickly in your new setting.
Modern, Professional, Convenient
John is a friend and told me about it
I needed a Newnan location and the environment is really what sold me. The decor is very professional, very attractive and has all the amenities I need to conduct business.
It is the best value for office space in Newnan with lots of great people.
Professional, Unique, Welcoming
I heard about it from a friend who had met Courtney Harcourt from Mainstreet Newnan.
I had been looking for small office space at the time and Courtney told me about 15 Perry Street and that it would be the perfect fit for my needs.
At the time that I was looking for space I was the only Georgia employee for the Rocket Company. I had been working at my house for several months before that and it just got harder for me to do business while being at home, so I liked that with this space I could get away from home to do work but also that it was close enough to my house that I didn’t really have a commute either.
It is a relaxing but stimulating environment, the design from the overall space is conducive to coming up with creative solutions, you can be a small company or even a freelancer and always have an interesting conversation around the corner with other members.
Community, Downtown, Convenient
We had someone in our church who had connected with John and we were given an opportunity to come in and sample the space, and were really pleased with what we saw.
It offered space close to the church for our staff members to work separately and together. I am able to use my office for sermon preparation and meetings with individuals, and our staff and church officers are able to use the various conference and board rooms.
The owners are very accommodating and helpful in a number of ways. The building is well organized, clean and has a range of meeting spaces for working alone and collaboratively. Having an office also allows me to access the building before and after normal business hours.
Creative, Accommodating, Convenient
I answered a job offer for Rocket Company who was already based at 15 Perry street
I thought this place was really cool when I saw it, I had never heard about anything like that. I had heard about people renting office space before, but this was different than your typical coworking space.
It’s really fun and a relaxing environment, it’s an open area and you get to meet a lot of different people which is great. We also have a lot of events together which are also great to get to know people more. The community is definitely what I would sell about this place. You don’t only meet people in a business environment, but you get to know them personally and involve them in your social circle.
Energetic, Casual, Involved
A growth spurt at our Distinctivs (www.distinctivs.com) Production Warehouse left little space for the creative team to work. So our boss, Matt, decided we would be working out of the 15 Perry Street offices. We couldn’t be happier about his decision.
The creative team at Distinctivs loves nothing more than good lighting, artistic work spaces, and delicious coffee to fuel our imaginations so we can create our “stickers”. 15 Perry Street provides our team with these creative necessities and so much more.
You have access to resources that would otherwise be unavailable – like unlimited flavored iced coffee, cool entrepreneurial people, common spaces galore, and teched-out conference rooms.
Creative, Coworking, Cabernet
The location was perfect, I was working remotely at home and during the summer my kids are at home so I needed a place where I can go and actually be productive. 15 Perry Street provided a great atmosphere and everything I needed to get work done while being close to downtown.
It allows me to concentrate on work without being interrupted. I’m close by to a lot of my referral partners I work with, and it is very convenient being more accessible for them this way: they can just meet me at 15 Perry! Coming to 15 Perry Street saves me more than 1hour forth and 1hour back each day which is a huge deal for me.
It has been great, I meet new people every day! I’m already benefiting from the networking and business opportunities I have found there.
Convenient, Location, Networking
I was working from home and had to relocate, several friends and local business associates recommended checking 15 Perry Street, so I called and seized the opportunity!
I needed a space to meet business associates that represented a professional atmosphere, a place that would be secured for my medical HR records. I also needed a physical business address, because I didn’t have one before while working at home. I couldn’t hold business meetings at home and had to use several different locations for that.
Over the top! It’s been awesome. Feedback from people who have come for meetings has been great. The atmosphere and the services provided are great. Accommodation also. Everything you need for business, and very secure! Lockable cabinets/offices, cameras… I feel very secure coming here working afterhours or on the weekends. John & Lisa have been great at structuring my office to fit my needs (and provided a windowed office!)
Location, Secure, Atmosphere.
My boss, Matt.
Matt, signed me up and told me to work here. It turns out that the aesthetics and design of this workplace seamlessly complement the creative energy I expend to do my job on a daily basis. (Can you tell I’m a copywriter?)
15 Perry Street is a coworking space that utilizes the historical district in downtown Newnan to connect a network of small business professionals in a relaxed, yet mentally stimulating, environment. You can get your job done here while also making relevant connections to your work and even to your personal life.
Endless, Iced, Coffee
