Hot Desk

Access to our member directory, Slack Channel, events, and services. Be apart of our community, come and go as needed, and use any available desk. This plan includes 2 conference room credits, 50 black and white prints, and 15 color prints.


Dedicated Desk

An assigned desk space in a larger open area to share with other members, with a lockable filing cabinet for your personal belongings. Setup your desktop computer and leave it at your desk. Access to our member directory, Slack Channel, events, services, mail and package handling, 3 conference room credits, 100 black and white prints, and 25 color prints, as well as 24/7 access to the building.


Private Office

A fully enclosed, lockable office space. Add on more offices as you grow!

This plan includes access to our member directory, Slack Channel, events, services, mail and package handling, reception service, and 24/7 access to the building. This plan also includes conference room credits and printing that correlate with your office size.


You can join any time and have your cost prorated. Recurring memberships are always billed on the first of the month.

Yes, our month-to-month pricing provides the stability of an office but with the flexibility you need to grow. We also happy to provide long term commitments; email us at join@ for more information.

Our Building & Office Spaces

We have designated parking directly behind our building, plenty of parking on the street, and seven public parking lots within a few minutes walk of the building.

Across the street, there is no parking during normal business hours in the Post Office or Federal Building lots. There’s also no parking in the Commercial House or attorney’s offices next door.

We’re in the heart of historic downtown Newnan, with 11 bars and restaurants within walking distance of our building. There are plenty of places to grab a bite for lunch or a beer after work.

Our staff are generally onsite at our location between 8 AM – 5 PM local time Monday through Friday.

For members with Dedicated Desks, or Private offices, our building is accessible 24/7.

You’re welcome to stop in, but to ensure our availability, please schedule your tour in advance here.

Please ask the community manager when you take a tour for the most up-to-date information. If you plan on bringing a pet to 15 Perry, you will solely be responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet to other members or their property. We are not responsible for any injury to any pet brought into our building. Additionally, any pet brought into our building must be vaccinated. We reserve the right to restrict your ability to bring your pet at our discretion.

Working at 15 Perry

We have FedEx and UPS drop-boxes right outside of our building and we’re right behind the Post Office. Dedicated and Private office plans include mail and package handling.
Reservations are done through our online portal and 1 hour notice is required. Reservations are first come, first served basis. We also have additional add ons for each conference room / training area. Please see our community manager for more information.
Each plan includes conference room credits used to reserve 30 minute blocks in any of our conference rooms. After you have used your allotted credits, additional credits may be purchased for $25/credit. Credits do not rollover from month to month.

Conference Rooms & Amenities

Our building has quick, reliable internet over Wi-Fi and ethernet connections. We impose limits on accounts, so should you require speeds beyond those provided, please see the community manager to talk through your options.
All plans include credits that correlate with your membership to reserve time in our conference rooms. Additional amenities for each conference room is available upon request.
Each plan includes a shared multi-function copier/scanner/printer with an allotment of prints to use. Each additional black and white print is $0.10/page, color prints $0.25/page. Overages will be included in the next month’s bill.
Dedicated Desks and Private Offices include desks, chairs, and lockable filing cabinets.

We host weekly happy hours, networking events, regular lunch & learns with our members, and have member office hours for one-on-one sessions. We use a private 15 Perry Slack Channel to communicate between members and provide a directory to spotlight their businesses.
